I'm almost sure that you can do it but you can't buy players from each other.

its really simple what you have to do . When a new user is registered i think they ask them to comment anything they think its important , so you will write there that you are 2 users from the same PC.
Also you should BB-mail a GM and tell him that you will have common ip with the new user , and of course you are not supposed to arrange transfers between each other.

I did exactly what krepaleon said.

I got him to bbmail a GM telling them he was also playing on the same network / IP as me when he was creating his account. I was told as long as we don't purchase stuff from each other its all good.

Been like 2 - 3 months or so... no problems so far :)
