How many pops does he still have? I was looking to (at least) get him to prominent JS, OD and PA, maybe respectable JR. Is that still attainable?

He has as many pops as left in him as you want him to, the cap is a soft cap so he can still be trained after he reaches the cap, but his training will slow significantly.

So yes it is still attainable. And i think he might still achieve those goals without him being in cap range, but its a close one.

Edit: sorry i put the whole thing as a quote

Ye his salary at this stage is about 10k and if you wanted to get him to the level you said his salary would reach about 15k

So i don't think he would be affected by the cap if you took him to that level :)

Nice player, i'm glad to see that some people aren't affected by potential and utilize every player they can.

ye i totally agree, i dunno who would have one balled his response, but too many people place too much weighting on players with more potential. What's the point of someone like me training a HOF or MVP potentail player when i probably won't have the income to support him? I'd rather train a player with a lower potential, a player who i can pick up cheap and turn into a fairly decent player for my team.

Great guys, thanks for your feedback. That's exactly my reasoning. I'm in div. III right now and this guy with 15k salary will be more than enough to compete. At the same time I'm training two 18 y.o. with higher potentials, so when they're ready this guy will be a great backup. You're absolutely right when you say that you shouldn't aim for very highly paid superstars when you don't have the income to support them. Unless you want to sell them :P. Thanks guys, and good luck for the Australia match ;)
