What is the difference between Look inside/Low post, what is Princeton, and what is Patient
I answered this somewhat on Global, but I'll go more in-depth here.
Look Inside (LI) and Low Post (LP) both have an inside focus. LI has a slightly faster pace than Base Offense, whereas LP has a somewhat slower offensive speed. The main difference that I've experienced in using both LI and LP is that when you play LP, your team is far more reliant on your C and PF for scoring than when playing LI. LI seems to be more like a base offense, only with more shots taken from 2-point range than from behind the 3pt arc.
Princeton offense involves using an inside focus to free up perimeter players for open 3pt shots (at least in theory). Princeton also employs a slower pace than the standard Base Offense, and your guards and SF should take a slightly higher amount of 3pt shots than they would in Base Offense. It's a handy offense for teams with good inside scoring and decent perimeter shooters that are matched against teams with good inside defense.
Patient is basically the same as Base Offense, but your players will play a slightly slower pace, passing the ball around more and trying to find a good open shot. Games tend to have rather low scores when someone plays Patient (unless that team is either overwhelmed or their opponent plays Run & Gun).
Hope that helps a bit
