Good players in my div 4 league are the ones that score consistently. You would need 2-4 pops in JS and passing, and more pops in handling. Good teams in my div4 league, though, are the ones that have players that can play defense. Try popping OD a few times before working on scoring would be my suggestion.

Check out Conrad Yanez. He is one of the top scorers in USA, but his team barely made the playoffs.

Well I am in Div 3 this year but that guy isn't far off the guard I used to promote outta Div 4 so I personally think he is a decent Div 4 player now for div 3 he prob need a couple pops in all his main SG stats at least to be decent or middle of the road. Get to 12 or so JS, 10 or so JR, 13ish OD and 8 in handling/driving/passing.

mkay thanks for the advice everyone.

which is more important, handling or passing?

also, would you want your best perimeter defender guarding the PG or SG? because if you are trying to shut down the SG you'd probably want your best one to guard him, but if they dont have as good of a SG would you want him on the PG because he'd have the best handling. is this correct?

for me clearly passing

as you said, it depends on situation and tactic played by your opponent. Against inside tactics i would prefer the PG, and against outside the SG when both player are at a comparable level.
