The payer must play in 44 regular season games (2 full seasons' worth). These requirements have been in place since the introduction of the Hall of Fame.

I think you misread his "now" as "not". It sounds like the issue is a player who does not meet those requirements is able to be added.

That's correct Mod oeuftete, the player has only played about 28 games however he is elegible to join my hall of fame.
