I have to disagree. With the 2nd guy his age, height and potential are good. However training up from Pitiful OD is just not worth it. I would be looking for around Average OD for a guard trainee.

Yeah average OD might be ok but it will take a while to get to that level so team performance will suffer in the meantime.
