Actually I'm really dissapointed with gameshape training effectivity. I tried this trainings several times when my starting players played around 80-85 minutes and I had a doctor with massage specialty and my forms didn't go up, even some of the players lost an up of gameshape.

Hey guys,
I did gameshape training this week and this was what happened:

Last weeks information:
Gabriel Cornaggia: Played 96 minutes and had proficient gameshape
Stefan Lütgert: Played 92 minutes and had strong gameshape
Ola Persson: Played 81 minutes and had strong gameshape
Lukas Paul Streitweiser: Played 73 minutes and had strong gameshape
Armando Reyna: Played 69 minutes and had proficient gameshape
Du Chenen: Played 55 minutes and had proficient gameshape
Sando Olajdzajkovski: Played 48 minutes and had inept gameshape
Teemu Ristiniemi: Played 48 minutes and had mediocre gameshape
Alexander Toporkov: Played 48 minutes and had respectable gameshape

This week:
Gabriel Cornaggia: Now has strong gameshape
Stefan Lütgert: Now has stong gameshape
Ola Persson: Now has proficient gameshape
Lukas Paul Streitweiser: Now has proficient gameshape
Armando Reyna: Now has proficient gameshape
Du Chenen: Now has proficient gameshape
Sando Olajdzajkovski: Now has respectable gameshape
Teemu Ristiniemi: Now has respectable gameshape
Alexander Toporkov: Now has respectable gameshape

Conclusion:
Gabriel Cornaggia: Played 96 minutes and went from proficient gameshape to strong gameshape
Stefan Lütgert: Played 92 minutes and went from strong gameshape to strong gameshape
Ola Persson: Played 81 minutes and went from strong gameshape to proficient gameshape
Lukas Paul Streitweiser: Played 73 minutes and went from strong gameshape to proficient gameshape
Armando Reyna: Played 69 minutes and went from proficient gameshape to proficient gameshape
Du Chenen: Played 55 minutes and went from proficient gameshape to proficient gameshape
Sando Olajdzajkovski: Played 48 minutes and went from inept gameshape to respectable gameshape
Teemu Ristiniemi: Played 48 minutes and went from mediocre gameshape to respectable gameshape
Alexander Toporkov: Played 48 minutes and went from respectable gameshape to respectable gameshape

Obviously this is only based on 1 week of data and so isn't proof of anything, but so far the results seem to suggest to me that gameshape training can be worth it in a variety of situations and is quite effective. Obviously sublevels come in to play as well and perhaps last week's minutes as well.
Just a note: I have a doctor with massage specialty

Overall results:
How many players played between 48 minutes and 75 minutes and stayed with the same gameshape? 3
How many players played between 48 minutes and 75 minutes and improved gameshape? 3
How many players played between 48 minutes and 75 minutes and decreased in gameshape? 0
How many players played less than 48 minutes or more than 75 minutes and stayed with the same gameshape? 1
How many players played less than 48 minutes or more than 75 minutes and improved gameshape? 1
How many players played less than 48 minutes or more than 75 minutes and decreased in gameshape? 1

Interesting :)
