Are there any statistics on how much more training each of the 3 players if you do position training for a week get versus if you do 6 players (PG/SG) per week?
If i do it via training PG/SG (i did it for a half season on jump shot), problem then is i can't actually play the top players in both league games (not looking to play them 100 minutes+ per week).
So that means to train balanced players i have to decide between training and trying to compete.
Btw, my record doesn't really indicate what i could do if i decided to try to win. I have 6 or so players 21-22 years old who are worth 1M-2M dollars (even being unbalanced), so if i wanted to try to compete and get younger trainees and only have 2-3 top players in training positions). Most of the season i didn't have a real small forward or shooting guard, and was playing players in off positions as you mention above.
