This is Lorenzo, aka blackmouse. I am here to be a success with you.

In 7 seasons I gathered many successes with my team. I just completed my first mandate, bringing South Africa U21 to its best result ever (far best), up 20 spots in WW ranking, with the support of my great staff. I trained a starter for one of most competitive U21 teams (Italy). With my team I climbed last season to a tough Italy II division with a neat 2-0 won, gaining MVP title for the 3rd time in a row wth my draftee Scalambrieri, and extending my impressive post season record (82% W). You can find details below.

My secret is easy to tell: long-term goals, solid planning, good execution, continuous learning, management experience, integrated with reliable network of people with deep knowledge of the game to leverage a deeper and wider source of knowledge when needed. I want to understand all details of the game (they make a lot of difference), and seek help when there is something new (there always is). That helped me in all my successes with my team, including last championship won this season!

U21 is great, as you can tangibly see how an entire community grows with you. It develops faster than NT, so I find it the right place where to make the difference. That is why scouting is so critical, and I set an "industrial" system, based on managerial principles.

I am seeking a new challenge: a larger country, a wider basis of draftees, a more active community. Do you want to learn, grow, contribute, win, be proud of your talents? Vote blackmouse.

My Curriculum (BB-)Vitae
I joined BB at half of season 6. I am proud of what I did with my team in one of largest countries: 117W (72%) in RS, 19W (82%) in post season, 3 MVP's, 9 calls at ASG in last two seasons (4 starters), 3 championships won. Reached 7th, 8th and 9th (last 16) round in Italian cup.

I am also proud of the best result of South Africa U21 history, in one single mandate: 8W (66%) in two rounds of African cup qualification, with final 3rd place (best since prehistoric BB origins); 1W in World Cup Qualification (first of the history); 3W (50%) in Consolation (previous historical: 1W 11L); ranking increased from 75th to 55th position (Malaysia is 46th). All of that with a community including never more than just 10 managers. A well developed roster, limited only by small number of draftees per role

A new U21 adventure

All of that I wrote two seasons ago in SA is still true: I look for exciting challenges. U21 requires solid planning and execution since the very beginning of a mandate, to ensure appropriate development of talents. You have to look at short term results, while setting the basis for long term succsses of U21 and NT.

Malaysia is far larger than BB-SA community (about 120 managers vs less than 10). Asia is more challenging than Africa. I looked across a number of communities. At the end, my choice was not to take a second mandate in South Africa, and be candidate here in Malaysia. I could either win or loose, but I wanted to take this big new challenge.

The organization
I do not believe that, even in a small country (10 managers or less), you can work alone. It is a question of continuity, enthousiasm, competences. It has to do with gaining the right perspective on all the things: you cannot be a great game planner, guards, forwards and center trainers, tactics wizard, scout, at the same time, while keeping a large db updated, managing your own team, and -by the way- have your RL!

I can start from a solid basis: the great experience I did in South Africa, and the staff that worked with me there. I would never thank enough my wonderful staff, about 10 people (more or less, one per South African manager!) that invested their time in this great adventure we will never forget! The good news are that all my experienced staff co
