i prefer man to man or 2-3, the 3-2 approach which many managers do seems not to be so effective for me.

i like m2m but if they commit lots of TO i play good ODers on PG, SG and SF spot and go 3-2. I don't like 2-3 because it gives up lots of outside shots. Only when the other team is pitiful outside and excellent inside i consider it

i think the upside is biggrer then the downside of the 2-3, especially when you at a comparable or lower level on rebound so you avoid second chanhches and more inside shot for a few outside ones.

i don't run a 2-3 often but i know a team who runs a 2-3 every game and prob has one of the best teams in the league lose to some average teams in the league

If your inside d doesnt matchup well against an opponent I find it is safest to play 2-3 to prevent your talls from fouling out everytime they have a shot. It also helps if you dont have a reasonable level of rebounding.
