could you show all his skills, and what would you like him to become - a SF or a guard? It depends on all of that...

I would go with One on One, but that's just a matter of personal taste.

If you can, train his inside skills soon. He's promising, but will need them to play successfully as a SF. No training (except perhaps for blocking) will hurt him though; try to balance the skills as well as possible, with OD, Jump Shot and Driving slightly ahead of the other skills.

i will start on inside training next season. The goal for this season is to get his guard skills to be as good as they possibly can. And i would like to know will Jumpshot or one on one training get him where he needs to be quicker.

One on One will generally speaking improve more skills a little faster, but Jump Shot will improve the slightly more crucial skills. Perhaps train them alternating, one week 1on1, one week jump shot.

He could benefit from some OD training though before changing to the Inside training, so if you can, train that up to prolific.

to confuse you totally, i would go clearly for JS or maybe JR ;)

Because 1 vs 1 you could train easily later, and it is in my eyes more effective for SF/PF + i don't rate the driving skill that high even when the training is fine through the secondaries. Another point for JR is, that he should learn a bit range as long as he plays guard.
