It was always stated that the combine could not be run till after the all-star break, but it was never said that we'd have to wait until the all-star break for the lists to come out.

Won't make a difference to me since I'm not scouting this season, though. :-P

Yeah, not a big deal but you're right. I think they just forgot to tell us they forgot or something.

"At the start of each season (for Season 13, later in the season) the draft page will be available with a set of baseline rankings."
