There could be like 3 man weave that could work stamina and passing. Just an idea.

I'm pretty sure it's not meant to resemble real life, and I'm also rather certain it wouldn't be changed, but you're right, I wouldn't mind an option to add SLIGHT stamina training at the cost of a few training minutes of my trainees; say you have 50+ minutes on all your trainees, you can specify 2 minutes of stamina training for your team, and each of your trainees gets their 48+ still?

given that stamina training is completely independent of minutes (i.e. you don't have to play a single minute to receive stamina and FT training), it isn't going to happen

What I would suggest is when selecting team training, we have the option of specifying Free Throw or Stamina for each player in that week. My older guys have good stamina, but I need to train stamina on my newer guys and it is a bit of a waste on the older players - it also makes it even harder to manage minutes due to the stamina disparity. In that same week, it would be nice to let me older guys train free throw instead.
