If you have that much you should be able to get a fantastic player, but a true SF is that hardest kind of player to find so maybe it will be impossible this week when everyone else is looking. You could look at who will be the most important opponents in the playoffs and get someone specifically to deal with them. Or if you don't need a player for the playoffs you should wait a few days, they should all be 25% cheaper in a week.
