Of course they do. I have 3 traiees that I am single training, there heights are 6'0, 5'9, and 6'4 and their ages are 19 and 18. They have popped almolst every other week. most likely at least, one of them will pop.

I'm training 6'8" SF in OD at the age of 23, getting pops consistently every 3 weeks. (level 5 trainer, just upgraded to 6 last week)

So what's better traiining for a trainee to get? 48 total minutes, meaning he got 48 minutes from two games or 3 games, or 48 minutes in the entire game?

Doesn't matter 48 minutes is 48 minutes the only thing that matters is they get them for the correct position
