Go with a level 4 trainer. It provides the best training considering the amount you have to pay to get a level 5 trainer.

It should be every teams goal to have the highest possible income from stadium revenues in your league - the long-term results are pretty obvious -> highest income = most expensive roster = pwnage

Thanks, that's what i'll continue to do and build my stadium, although i already have level 4 trainer with career extention specialty. Thanks all.

Your oldest player is 25 - career extension skill helps only with players over 32 years. I'd say - get some good but cheap old players then (30+ are being sold for dumping prices anyway).
