Depends on whether you want to make him a PG, SG, outside SF or Combo G.

for a PG, train OD and Passing alternatingly during next season, and proceed training JS and JR afterwards. You don't want to train Driving as much as in other cases as his IS is pretty weak.

for a SG, train OD and JR alternatingly during next season, and proceed training JS and some Driving afterwards. Some IS could be beneficial, if it doesn't pop with the Driving and JS training. Passing is not as important there, but could need some training up to proficient or so.

for a Combo guard, train OD, JR and Passing alternatingly for two seasons before focusing on JS and Driving.

for a SF, you want to improve his inside game as long as he is young, so spend his next season training IS and some ID. Proceed training Driving and JS later, with some OD training in between.

Generally speaking, his Stamina should be trained up to mediocre at least, and similarly FTs up to strong. This can happen during AllStar Weeks and Playoffs, though.

Just for completeness' sake. His ID does help there, though.

I agree that the guard choices would be more apt.

His atrocious IS rules him out as a SF, but the respectable ID allows him to defend as an SF on occasion.

OD and Passing training will already raise his Handling to some degree, so stick to these two until they reach the desired levels, and train handling afterwards, if necessary.

Depends on what your chances of promotion are next season. You need to be able to finance him. Ideally, I would train both up to marvelous or so, but that could become expensive. For now, consider training the following way for next season:

OD for PG
Passing for PG
OD for PG
JR for SG

rinse and repeat. Look at him after next season and consider where he needs to be improved further. JS could be a concern by then, but if you can, go on with that particular schedule, as long as you are able to pay his salary...
