I believe by "coach", you mean the trainer. I heard that lvl 5 trainer will get your players an extra 1 pop during a season, compared to lvl 4 trainer. But in my opinion, lvl 4 trainer is enough, unless you desperately want your players to improve as quick as possible and/or you have a really talented player who could be in U21 National Team etc.
