I would concentrate on the first guy only. He is a potential to become a great SF. His height is also perfect for SF. 1 position OD training for 1-1.5 seasons will raise both OD and ID to 9-10. Then you can train him JS/JR. Good luck with him

That wont happen, OD trains ID at a very very low pace, I guess this player would need more than one whole season of ID training to reach 10 in this skill and thats pretty much a waste of time.

I'd sell him and get a 100k+ center for the money you can make of this player.

i liked the second trainee most, he have great basic for a guard his size is okay etc.

If you like to start with OD(imho not a bad start to push that), you could also keep your Sf and train him with them.
