The best weeks to train things like this is weeks when there are only two games. Or during a time while your main trainee is injured and cannot get the minutes. Or If it is desperately needed by your team. Speaking of which this week might be a good week to do show.

It also may be worth noting that Free throw and stamina training don't depend on the level of the trainer.

Do you have any idea of which one is more efficient to train. I've trained Stamina once this season during the AllStar week to balance the regular drop in Stamina. But for the last two weeks of the season I wonder which one I should train My average Stamina is currently 5.82 and my average Free throw is 4.73.

I have made some estimation and think that training FT will bring roughly 1 more point per game. But I have no idea of the impact of Stamina.

I train FT whenever i feel that the team already has decent stamina. Key players should have around 7ish stam.
