You could train them in one on one for SF/PF. You would get pops in driving, handling and inside shot. I would also suggest that passing may be a nice option for both players.

Otherwise a season of training on inside primary skills for you SG could help him develop into a really solid SF. That is what I would be doing with him, even though it would be a slow season of training I think it is well worth it.

Thanks for the advice. I have 2 other SG's who I have been playing at PG and SF. The SF tho is better at SG so I might follow that advice and work him back down to a SG and make the rook a Sf
