I don't really think you can train them for more than 2 or 3 seasons... and they are pretty equal in terms of trainability. I like the second one a tiny bit higher because I like his OD, but then, I'm a defense-first guy. If your other guys need much defense training, take #3, but if you'll train OD for only some time, #2 is probably better.
