It depends on his height and the order in which different skills are trained. Also other factors, such as injuries, whether you choose single/double/triple/team training, getting full training every week etc also counts. It would be extremely hard to predict what his skills will be like by 25. There are simply too many factors to take under a consideration.

He'd never reach his potential regardless of how much you trained him. Sort of like Michael Jordan picking Kwame Brown.
