I like his height, that's perfect for a SG. As much as I'd like to advice you to start off with OD, his passing and handling are very very low. So perhaps you should get the passing to about average and handling to about average too. Also, the JR is pretty low for SG, so you should train JR as well.
Probably 5-6 weeks of passing training, 4-5 weeks of handling training and 6 weeks of JR training. Once this is done, then you could start training other important skills like OD and JS. Btw I like his respectable IS. That will help with his driving layups.
And yes, Buzzerbeater is the best, I couldn't agree more!!!

Agree Pass and Handling is low you should train passing and hndling I guess, latter you should train his JR because it's one of the most important SG stats. You might grow good player, good luck with it.

I agree with almost everything you say, except for the handling/driving part. He already has respectable IS, so making him a slasher with high, cheap driving will make him much better. Driving trains Handling quite fast, only about half as fast as handling training itself, and it should raise the IS to about strong. Also, he needs to train less JS if training driving. So, the training would be JS->DR->HN->JS->DR->HN->... until JS reaches sensational and Handling reaches strong. Then he can finetune his skills, and yes, work further on his OD.

It's more about the additional IS training that 1 on 1 gives. Strong IS for such a slashing guard would already make him quite strong in that department.
