Judging from this, you're paying too much for staff. What levels are they?

If you're going into the negative every econ update, why are you expanding sections of your arena that haven't filled up since last season?

And ibarix is right, you're paying too much for staff.

Those staff members look decent enough for a D.II team other than the lack of Specialties.

I'd cut that spending down to a Competent (3) PR and Doctor and an Average (4) Trainer. You can get a combo of those for around 30K with minimal searching. You may want to hold onto your Superior trainer if you're trying to train for U21 or NT but otherwise, drop those salaries!

Your Arena prices are too expensive across the board but it looks like you have them set decently enough with the next update.

Your PR manager is better than mine, and I have a whole lot more cash to play with than you do. I can only imagine what you spent as the signing bonus for your trainer.

Also, you don't have to keep putting everything in bold.

Are you saying you payed 5k for a lvl5 trainer with a salary below 20k?

Oh, I doubt that... :) I think he bought new ones with lower levels.

I agree with this. But as someone said, keep your trainer 5 until he reaches 30 k salary.
