i go for push the ball, if it just the amount of shots they take in 2 point land ;)

But motion could be more effective, but i would try all three outside tactics.

if you go with motion make sure your big guys have OK passing. last season most of my big men had pretty bad passing but i bought some older players with nice passing (average, respectable for my div its good) and they have been my assist leaders in most of my games. so JS and JR and of course important but having big men who can pass makes the motion offense better.

In general motion as a slow tactic passing is important and not only from the big men...offensive flow is really important for it...
