Train up some young players into stars. That's how we all start.

Edited in : Checked your roster and you've made the beginner mistake of immediately wasting cash on sub-standard players. Getting a training program is the most important thing for you now.

hello guy, welcome to join BB..
a lot of expert (of course not me) can teach you here..

1st: i suggest you fire your player whose salary below $3.5k (except this===>Jalaludin bin Puteh (20072530))
2nd: try to buy 1 good center (salary around $15k) and 1 outside player SG @ SF (salary around $10k)

*make sure you have enough fund 1st....

3rd: train only 1 position for this 2 guys ==> Jalaludin bin Puteh (20072530) & Mohd Zulfakri bin Fadzim (20072523)

*suggest you train his outside skill like OD (play as PG), JS (play as SG)

then wait for your trainee grow and earn money

my player in TL in a very cheap price but nobody bid him.... haha
