There is a little trick about injuries. When a players turns red he can even come back within the game cose your doc is good enough to heal the injury.

If you want to know if your player is seriously injured and the game is still on, you can leave the game and go to the setup of your next match. If the player is black he will be fine, if he apperas red in your next game you will have him miss at least a week.

Lol i have a level 1 doctor, but any way, i thought when every player that got injured, i thought that they would always be out at least 1 week or longer, hm, glad that's not the case, and i am very releaved.

From my own experience, I'd say that when a player gets injured in a game, about 60-70% of the time the injury will only be for that particular match.
Ofc the amount of injuries can vary between teams, so my rough estimates might not be the case for another team. But even then, I'd say half of the time, the injury will only be for that particular match.

with a decent doctor i think your values are right, maybe the chanche is much lower with a level 1 doctor so that he gets a different expression of it.

here is a table how it works, with the old system(a level 5 doctor should work like a level 10 doctor back then)
