You need to start pumping up OD.

Strong isn't going to cut it in most D2 leagues

JR could use some work also. I'd lay off training JS, DR and HN for a while

Great looking player. I would push the OD and JR training for at leadt the rest of this season and half of next season. Then mix some pasding in the last half of next season. That would create a great looking player for your team.

All right thanks! I'm actually training OD right now. I'm in D3 league btw! How far should i train my JR and OD to before i work on my primaries?

OD is still a primary for PGs, and JR is at least an important secondary (I'd tend to consider it a primary, too).

both need serious work, and are relatively hard to train...

you'd need passing in that case, too.

I'd advise on making him a SG and disregard Passing for now. If his JR and OD finish at good levels and he is not capped, you can add some Passing then, and h'll already be a serviceable SG by then.
