There are 3 possible reasons this could have happened.
Firstly: You didn't set the lineup.
Secondly: Whilst you only set 3 players in the lineup, are you sure you removed the others from the table so they couldn't be chosen no matter what?
Thirdly: Highly unlikely but it is possible it was a bug.

It's probably because you still have the players in your lineup. You need to make sure there are only 3 players in the box to the left.[http://img220.imageshack.us/img220/5334/unledwl.png

I think this is it. Thank you all for info. I forgot to remove players from that box ;/

Thanks everyone for the idea
ruined a perfect season
but one more payday and an extra training game before promotion
was more than worth it
I won game 1 in the final by 54 and will have no trouble in tiebreaker
