Their perimeter defense is terrible, even with 3-2 defense. as long as you can stop his outside shooting, you should be able to win against him no matter what offense you run. However, since his inside defense is better than his outside defense, I'd stick with a balanced or even outside offensive approach.
It might be worth it to try a slow-paced offense against him, as you'll probably get better looks on average against his weak defense, so you'll beat him more efficiently. Patient or Low Post offense would be good, or Motion for the outside attack.

Also since you OD isn't as good as your ID, so you might want to consider 3-2 zone. He probably won't go inside vs you, and as it stands now your OD is going to get killed by his outside shooting if you run M2M

I'd even try 1-3-1 to be honest. It worked in the first game and gives better protection against his only strength.

I'm not a huge fan of Patient unless you have a 'sure-fire better than everyone else' type of player since in patient one player usually take 60% of your total teams shots, and he better be able to make them.

I believe that Patient tries to find your best shooter/player with the best matchup, and make him take a lot more shots.

Just a suggestion. If he's going to play 3-2 Zone as D, then go with a fast-paced offense like RnG or PTB. His rebounding is pretty inferior compared to you, which would equate for more second chance looks, giving you easier scores down low with each offensive board.

1-3-1 seem like a best option for me too did it in conf finals against team with x3-x4 times biger salary than my bigs my thought was im terrible at rebounding and cant compete against them so let em score there 15-20 pts and shut down the outside off and try to make it up with inducing more TO to the oppositions low post delivery attempts and it work for me pretty damn good for me ending eliminating him
