imo all the changes all seem like good things. one question i have is how do we find out the minmum salary of each league? unless i read it wrong or it only affects the higher leagues?

Check your finance page and it's at the bottom.

And from the newly updated rules page, here is how the salary floor is decided.

Division I: 120% of TV money

Division II: 100% of TV money

Division III,IV: 80% of TV money

Division V,VI: 60% of TV money

I like the changes and how they promote team growth and unity, and I like how the write up was worded. I feel another change that could be made is team chemistry based on nationality and time spent playing for the same team. (where should i post stuff like this)

Not a fan of

Owners have now agreed that no player can be placed on the transfer list until they have been with their club for at least four days, guaranteeing they will get at least one paycheck.

and

In practice, this means that unspent scouting points will now no longer be reset during the offseason, but rather will carry over until they are used.

The greatest of all time.

Curious why you don't like this? In my mind this is long over due as it prevents teams from purchasing monster players and never paying them their salaries. You should not be able to pay 500k for a 400k/week player that you only need for one game and then resell him before paying him the 400k salary he is owed.

The scouting ponts one is interesting, but could be cool. It allows teams to load up and sout huge amounts in one draft rather than half assing a bunch of drafts.

A few people noted it in the suggestions forum last season, but what I think will happen is the transfer list price will take into consideration the salary that needs to paid. For example, that 400k monster should now just sell for 100k, and the other 400k would be paid for at the economic update. This could mean getting lower returns when you resell, but also should be able to get more games out of that monster.
I would have preferred something like a 'chemistry' factor, where a player takes a few weeks to be able to play at 100%. Although admittedly it would be more complicated, it may actually deal with the problem, and encourage teams to keep players for longer periods of time.

It's more for the "buy x amount of players for 1k each to play in your scrimmage game on Thursday then immediately retire them" idea

I think a "chemistry" factor makes sense as well. I think the way some people flip players for a quick profit (over and over again) is rather silly. Maybe something like this will come out eventually. I think the changes made this year, however, were all good.

i think chemistry was debated in the suggestion forums
it puts older teams at a greater advantage over newly created teams as old teams will generally have more chemistry than new teams

might as well put in an additional clause that, similar to staff, whenever u fire a player, you're forced to pay 1 extra week of salary

i think the best thing is the scouting pts carry over. i would much rather spend money for a couple of seasons until i promote in DII and likely will finish in the bottom of that league and spend on my pts that season to get 1 very good trainee and 1 decent guy so i can sell him.
