I thought 1 position training only trained 3 people?

I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I cant accept not trying. - MJ

Well, if you manage your minutes just right, three players can receive the maximum training (48+ minutes) when trained one-position. You can train as many players as you want one-position if you play them some minutes at that position, but the effect is minimal unless you get them a reasonable number of minutes at that position (40 or more, in my opinion)

I think the guide has baffled me... It says 1 position training trains a maximum of 3 players (144856.34)

It means trained fully. If you wanted to, you could probably find a way to give 9 guys minutes at one position, and give them all a minuscule amount of training. But I wouldn't advise that.

For one position training, the best way to do things would be to try and play a player the full 48 minutes in one game, and then play a different player the full 48 minutes the next, to get them full training, and then do the same in the third game to get 3 players full training, but if you would prefer to give smaller amounts of training to more guys, then you can.

In summation: It's wrong. You can only train a maximum of 3 players FULLY, but you can train as many as you can put in a minute of game time for.

Ah, of course there are only 144 minutes to distribute!! Hahah, I get it now, sorry its been a long day, heads not working properly.. Thanks for the help..
