Yeah my third player is my focus, the other two are just there to fill in, you're saying train him in Passing? And the two seasons of main skills are just ID/IS/RB right? SB is easy to train

Player potential does affect how high their skills can go, certainly.
Player potential does not affect their training speed though. Trainer level, height and age, as well as related skills (elastic effect), affect training speed.

Ah alright thanks. I have a lvl 5 Trainer so it should take 2 weeks for a pop right?
