You'll want to improve his IS, ID, OD, PA and JR. He's already 21 though. Better stick with him as a SG or PG. For that you'll only need OD, JR and PA, a little more JR for a SG, a little more PA for a PG.

I think main areas he needs to improve are IS, OD and JR. Bring up IS to mediocre, OD to sensational and JR to proficient. That's around 1 season of training on 1 position. He'll be balanced after that training and ideal for SF position.

He'd look something like this...
JS 12 JR 9(+3)
OD 12(+4) HAN 12
DRI 13 PAS 6
IS 5(+3) ID 6
REB 7 BLO 5
STA 4 FT 8

i have a small forward jsut like this... defniitly one position train that stuff...
JS Wonderous JR Sensational
OD Marvelous HAN doesnt matter dont train anymore
DRI doesnt matter dont train anymore PAS Prominent or Prolific
IS Do not train yet... ID This will prolly pop to atleast Respectable maybe Strong...
REB 7 BLO 5
STA 4 FT 8

this will be a great shooting gaurd and smallforward....
