Your arena seems alright. What exactly is the problem? If you make a profit of 50k per week that means you have room for another good player of about 30k salary or maybe even a bit higher who could be the start of your team.

Having a good training program will further develop your team. Have you got some good trainees?

And what do you mean by getting massive salary players and going into debt? I think it's wise of you not to go get some 100+k salary guy at your level. However a 30-50k salary guy could be added to your squad. Maybe even make it an Australian guy for that little bit of extra Merchandise.

Crunchy! If you eat fast enough

You are 5-7 in your league, which means that you probably arent getting a very high fan survey. The higher your fan survey, the higher your attendance.

I also realized that you have played 3 crappy teams on your last 3 home games; are you making 50K week profit the last 3 weeks, or has that been what you make when you have a big home game? You still have to play #2 and #3 teams in your league, and looking at your attendance for your big games, it looks like that could cause a boost to your attendance.
