A player should play between 48 and 72 minutes per week to maintain good game shape. Stamina drops are probably independent of playing time.

To get a player 10-20 minutes, play him as backup, or as backup and reserve.

the sweet spot is supposedly 65

btw. Am I the only one who can't see minutes directly from weekly stats?

shows as 0 for me.
