he fits better at PG, but you still have the oppurtunity to make an Sg or an Comboguard out of him(i prefer playing with to comboguards for example).

Working on OD is never wrong, next i would train one on one or Outside shooting to work on his weaknesses.

He's a PG, low JS, JR, and DRI mean he wont score a lot, and he can't be the go to guy. Don't worry too much about JS and JR because as a passer he won't need those as much as a SG will. OD and passing are his 2 main skills, and they should continue to be.

his OD is not too high. Do you have at least a level 4 trainer?

Yeah, I have a lvl 4 trainer. Starting to get a grasp of things, so I'm finally starting to prepare for the future. Gonna concentrate on expanding my arena for a while, so it would benefit me in case I should be promoted.
Was forced to sell my key guy, cause of his 30+ age and 40k+ salary, but seems like I can handle it without him.
Also bought a new trainee alongside this one.

Weekly salary: $ 3 841
Role: draws a paycheck
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 6700
Age: 18
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: inept

Jump Shot: respectable ↑ Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: average
Driving: strong ↑ Passing: inept
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: inept Free Throw: inept

Experience: atrocious

Seems like a pure sg right? Seemed like a good fit along side the other trainee. Opinions and help how to plan training is welcome, would be grateful.
