I believe there are no sublevels. Differences between salaries is result of two things:
- new specjalist in BB has random salary generated by system
- if you fire specialist he is put on transfer list but his salary decreases (I'm not sure but I think his salary is 15% lower or something like that). I think if specialist isn't bought then he returns on TL and his salary is decreased again and again. And in this way when his salary become atractive finally he is bought by new club.
Of course salary increases every week if specialist is hired in club.

It would be nice though, if their skills improved with the increase in their salary. So if you put up with a trainer for let's say 3 or 4 seasons, he pops up from, for example, level 4 to level 5. His salary would have tripled anyway..
