send a message to a mod, if possible, in the country you are. Ask this on your national forum if there's a problem there.

i move it in the bug section, maybe they are known issues for it.

What browser do you use, in which system(Android etc)?

If you're using an iPhone/Safari, it's a known issue. There's something weird with how the iPhone stores cookies and BB creates them on log in. Try grabbing Opera and using that to log in.
