BO and PTB are both balanced attacks of course you will have taken more shoots from the outside if opponents OD is weaker and the other way around.. The only difference is that PTB is faster which means:
PTB looks for low mismatches
BO looks for mismatches

I mean small mismatches... like your player is slightly better when BO searches for a better mismatch patient the best one..
