I would train him in outside shooting to increase his jump range. But then again, I am terrible at training players, so you might not want to listen to me.

i would start with OD because of your second guy, till this dude will reach 8 in that you can play then i would make some JR training, for the first dude who should eb able to play also in the league because of his gained OD without sacrifing to much.

Play him as a PG to do 1 position training. Its faster. You might want to do this in a sricmmage though if you have better guards to play in league games. I would train OD and then do some JR. Maybe stop when JR is inept and if you want a PF then do some inside training. Make sure he has decent passing, JS and JR for a PF. Strong or proficent OD should be fine for your league

train him to be a sf..... he alrdy has good inside skills to begin with so just focus on od and jr...... and with jump range u will get a jump shot pop here n there so just focus on those two for now...... and idk if ur gonna do one or two position training but train him by playing at the guard positions or sf and just train with another young player

If you're making a PF, I'd say OD to 9, PA to 7-8, JR to 3-4 (maybe 6-7 eventually), JS to 10 (eventually), then focus on inside skills.

You might want to spend more time than that on OD, since your other guy is really weak there, for a SF.

I think this guy could be made into a very nice PF. Obviously he starts out a little bit behind, since he spawned as a 19 year old, but you still have a chance to make a very strong guy, either for your team or to sell at a profit down the line. Since your other potential trainee is also a PF, you shouldn't have any problem fitting him into a regimen.

I'd suggest training his guard skills while he is young, since they will train faster than when he is older. Also, they'll have less effect on his salary, and he won't be a burden on you while you are trying to promote to a higher league. Similar to the player in the OP, but more ambitious, I'd take his OD to 10-11, JR to 5-6, PA to 8, and JS to 12+ (eventually). After that I'd move to inside skills and 1v1. Rotating IS, ID and RB until I was just about done training him (3 seasons?) and finishing him off with a season of 1v1 for Forwards. At that point you'd have a 24 year old MVP PF with outstanding secondaries.
