Just to clarify, you should play any game that you think you will win easily or will lose no matter what you do as TIE. Your enthusiasm (attitude) will go up and you'll play better in the next games.

Yes, managing enthusiasm is one of the keys to success in BB (the other is managing game shape).

Well, having the team is kinda prerequisite, since without it you can't manage enth and GS, so I left that out... But building a team without knowing how enth and GS work won't get you far, so in my opinion those two things are a bit more important. Nothing can help your team that you were building and training for 5-6 seasons if I can spend 2 millions to buy a decent team, get the enth to 12, GS to Strong/proficient and beat your team on any day I like.

I'm always very careful with enth and GS management and the result is I'm normally beating teams with twice my salaries that don't know how to use enth or GS. If they don't know how to use both, I can beat them even if they have triple the salaries.

Building a team is part of a GS management, it's the very start and the most important thing :) And you know very well that salaries doesnt show true players skills. You pay less money for multisklled players. Just saying that building a team is the most important then the other things go. :) Ah whatever... :)

Well, a championship team has to be well-built and well managed (enth+GS), so one cannot exist without another. Since this is very similar to "what was first, egg or chicken" debate, I guess we won't find an answer

I'd go for a chicken.

EDIT: Here it goes:http://www.foxnews.com/scitech/2010/07/14/chicken-egg-mys... Chicken FTW
