Well, no offense, but they all seem to be pretty poor prospects. The second one may be ok (despite the awful HA), but the other 2 are very poor. As for the other two, their starting skills are very low. Even if the potential is good, they'll take forever to reach it, so they could just as well have starter potential. Usually you would want a guard prospect to have the sum of the top 6 skills (JS, JR, OD, HA, DR, PA) starting at least around 32 (preferrably more, but ~32 would be ok if they had 7 on 2 or 3 skills). And this kind of players are very cheap on the TL

I would train OD for three weeks then probably switch to driving for 2 weeks. You got these prospects for good prices so kudos for that. They are good trainees for a DV team. They will help you promote and if you decide to sell them you will make some profit. What level trainer do you have?

He is not expecting them to be future NT superstars. He got them for reasonable prices and with the right training these guys will help him promote.

They're not the greatest trainees, but I think they're fine, especially for a DV team. Your third one probably won't get far, but you can probably get 150k-250 on the transfer list for him in two or three seasons.

I'm not sure if you want to keep your players as PG's or make one of them an SG. My suggestion is that you make your first player into a PG and the second one into an SG.

I would start off by training OD to strong-proficient on your first two players. That should take about 5-6 weeks and you'll immediately see results on the court. I would then go for two weeks of handling training and then 3 weeks of passing. I would basically repeat this cycle (maybe shorten OD to 4 weeks afterwards) for the rest of the season. During the alstar break you can get some JS training but I normally like to hold off on JS training until I need to two position train for the sake of my team (eg: if I just promote and need to field my best line-up possible, I can't afford to put a guy with respectable stamina in for 48 minutes).

Yes, I know that. But if he wants to train players either to improve his team or to sell for profit he doesn't have to start from such low skills

Then buy 3 more trainees and do 1v1 and JS for a whole season. Maybe 2.

Thanks for all the help everyone! And I know they're not great prospects, but I'm not the Yankees and can't really afford to go out and grab three 500,000 18 year olds. I got these guys for 100000, 10000, and 1000 respectively. I figure I'll keep the best of the three after a few seasons and sell the rest for AT LEAST an 100K profit. If I train them correctly I figure that that will work out for me and I can have a decent starter for D.IV and D.III maybe a few years down the road.

those guys are fine the all stars you can train up to about 40k salary which are good prospects all the way through div 3.

prolific od/ prolific passing/ then driving training to get handling and driving up and that will pop some JS too

look where everthing is at here then decide where to go from there.

Mistake at your level was buying potential
You needed skills more

I bought an 18 year old PG with 6th man pot and high skills level at $50,000
he helped me promote and just sold him for $400,000

at the same time I got a 19 year old for $68,000 with pot and some skills
now my starting PG and could sell from 500-700

trained 3rd with starter postential and he is fine starter for your level and next one up

all 2 seasons full training and you're in business

These guys are cheaper, can help you a lot more now and can be sold easier
because it will take less time to get their skills up to decent
you can also train others at same time when doing 2 pos TRain and make extra
