I know that. But is there a way to either tell it when the foul is called or to call the foul one secound after? Because it's quite disturbing in this way...

the difference at least in the english version is "foul" and "shooting foul", so you see it when you get the free throws or not already.

We see it in french too.
But may be some details can be added when the foul does not occur on the shot?

It's easy to distinguish when shooter is fouled or not. When shooter is fouled then FGM doesn't increase, when shooter isn't fouled then FGM increases, and You can see orange row in boxscore.

It's already there.
A shooting foul is "Player fait faute sur le tir."
And a foul is "Faute appelée contre player."
