i don't know, if i should agree or disagree cause the NT got a new manager when the manager goes bot.

But yes there is no new election, and the old candidates may get their chanche. And i don't think a new election would work properly.

Sorry I'm having trouble understanding that first paragraph. Malta's U21 have an inactive as manager and they have forfeited all their games.

Yes, it might be hard to implement but is needed, maybe not as much as other things but it is still needed.

The standard procedure when the NT manager goes bot or is removed is that whoever came second in the election is installed. If there was no second then no-one replaces them until the next scheduled election. Well organised countries ensure that there is always a second just in case.
