I'm in that position currently but have yet to get the email.... i'm wondering if the reason for this is that the actual debt was 490 something thousand, and then the 5% interest is what put me over the 500k mark. Either way, i have 2 home games this week and the cup and so i will be out of the debt. I just figured that would be the reason i haven't received the email.

sell off your 200k salary player.not only will it take u out of debt,it will also increase ur weekly income.
just a silly questions-
what came in your mind when you bought that guy???did you really think that you can afford with an 11k arena???

The truth is I really didn't notice it had a 200k salary. Was pissed off that night and was desperate for a center and when I noticed it had that huge a salary it was only 3 minutes till the end of the bidding and was hoping someone would bid against me but alas no luck :(

I could probably have survived keeping the 200k center for several more weeks but sadly didn't have a home game this week so no choice but have to sell it before the next financial update.

Note to self. Don't play BB when you are pissed off.
