Did you win the bid for the new coach? Has he shown up yet? Sometimes there is a delay.

I don't know if you understand this but on BB transfers of players and buying staffs is all with bidding, you have to win the bid to get the staff or player.
If you did know that and you did win the bid then maybe you just have to wait a little while some times BuzzerBeater takes a little longer to update than usual.
