I want to wote for you bro, but your 7-5. Sure i've seen guys win the champion ship, but your defense isn't really working. YOu have allowed over 1000 pts on defense. Your offense seems to be in good shape. That's not a bad team you have. But, you need more experienced players. Focus on 1 position in training for 1/2 to 1 season. Hope you can get wins. My league is kind of like yours. V.60 is my league. I'm 12-0 so far. My rookie had a 25 rebs, 26 pts, and 5 blocks. And he did that in like 33 mins.
