I would look to pick up two or three more trainees, then train Rebounding and One on One for forwards. One on One will train Driving, Handling, Jump Shot and Inside Shot. I really hate atrocious driving on any player-it's useful for bigs to be able to open up their own shot in the lane. Jump Shot is needed for centers as well, even in Look Inside offences they still might need to take a short-mid range jumper. Since One on One and Rebounding are both 2 position trainings, you can get full training for up to 6 trainees-this is why I reccomend looking for 2 or 3 more.
Once you've finished with One on One and Rebounding you'll have to decide how to proceed-I'd Reccomend Inside Defense first, but if you want to 2 position train that you'll be sacrificng some training speed-informal experiments show it to be about 80% for 2 position compared to 1 position. So you'll have to decide if you want to sacrifice training speed, or sell off some of the trainees to go back down to 3 total.

I agree with the previous post completely. I would focus a little more on One on One than Rebounding because as Klinkman said those low driving skills are going to cause some issues. Those secondary pops will also help a great deal to make them a little more well rounded.

I like the first guy but I wouldn't waste another minute training the 2nd and 3rd guys. They are way behind where you would want a 20 year old trainee to be. You could find a couple of 18 year old bigs with similar skills for very little on the waiver wire.

Remember that the older they get, the slower they train and their best training years are already lost.

OK I have looked and see that there are good trainees at 18 years old for under 20k for most and I will try to obtain one.

Look around long enough and you'll definitely get some decent ones in your price range. Just don't get into a bidding war.

I have bought these two for 5k each. I was wondering what to train them in with the first player and should I keep the others to train the one on one for forwards like Klinkman and Draco Thornton said or train something else and sell those other two players. I am training game shape this week.

Would it be better for taller players with less potential for training big men?
